Your connection uses AmneziaWG, a version of WireGuard that disguises its traffic so it is harder to detect and block. It needs an app that speaks it — everything below takes about five minutes.
One config, one device at a time.
You may install your configuration on as many devices as you like — phone, laptop, tablet — but only one of them may be connected at a time. Turn the VPN off on the first device before turning it on the second. If two are connected at once, both keep dropping. See why below.
Install the app called AmneziaWG — that is the name in the stores, published by Amnezia themselves. It takes the configuration file we send you and does nothing else, which is exactly what you want here.
Two names, and both are real: AmneziaWG is the protocol your connection uses and the name of the small app that speaks it, while AmneziaVPN is the same company's larger app for people running their own servers. Your configuration works with the AmneziaWG app, which is the one linked above.

The stock WireGuard app will not work. It imports an AmneziaWG configuration without complaining and then simply never connects, because it ignores the settings that do the disguising. If your configuration file contains lines starting with Jc, H1 or S1, it needs an AmneziaWG app.

Your sales manager sends you either a .conf file or a QR code. Either one contains everything the app needs.
.conf file you were sent and choose AmneziaWG to open it with..conf file.Then press connect, and allow the VPN permission your device asks for. That prompt appears once, the first time.
Open any "what is my IP" page in a browser. With the VPN connected it should show a Netherlands address rather than your own. If the app says connected but nothing loads, the usual cause is the next section.
Your configuration is a single identity. The server recognises it by one key and remembers one address for it — wherever it last saw that key connect from.
When a second device connects with the same configuration, the server updates that remembered address to the newcomer, and replies meant for the first device go to the second. The first device notices nothing is coming back and reconnects, which moves the address again. The two then take turns knocking each other off, and both appear to have a broken connection. Nothing is damaged and nothing needs resetting — but neither device works properly until only one is connected.
So: switch the VPN off on the device you are leaving before switching it on elsewhere. Installing the configuration on several devices is fine and expected; only being connected on two at once is the problem.
If you need two devices connected at the same time, ask for a second configuration — each one is a separate identity and they do not interfere.
